Launch Wars S6: Uprising
The Rules
Every rule of the season on one page. Plain words, no fine print.
The money, in 3 lines
1. Every dollar you hold in a mainframe earns Signal every day.
2. Every mainframe is worth a slice of the $1,000, and on Aug 31 it pays its holders whatever percent of the way it got: liberated pays its slice in full, half way pays half, and what it never earned is never paid out.
3. Games, raids and posts pay Scrap for mechs, upgrades and War Effort bets, plus a small daily Signal bonus that never beats holding.
Signal are just points. More points, bigger share of what the mainframes you hold pay out at season end.
What each thing pays
Every way to earn, in one list. Holding is the engine, and everything else is a bonus sitting on top of it.
- Hold a mainframe: 10 Signal per dollar per day, counted up to $100, plus $10 of ceiling for every extra mainframe you hold at $5 or more, to $150.
- First scored run of the day: 10 Signal and 15 Scrap, from any one game. Later runs still set your score, they just do not pay again.
- Daily raid: 10 Signal for joining and 20 on a win. That is a total for the day, never a stack.
- One post a day: 10 Signal, plus a Scrap crate if it lands well.
- War Effort: commit Scrap to one wall while it is under 70% filled. A liberation returns them doubled with that wall's decal. Scrap only, never Signal.
- Your mainframe's slice: every mainframe is worth $75 to $150 of the $1,000 pool, and at settlement it pays its holders the percent of the way it got, divided by the Signal each of them earned on it.
Everything that is not holding shares one ceiling of 40 Signal a day. Holding just $5 pays 50 Signal a day on its own, so holding always leads.
Fine print on freshness: a newly listed mainframe pays up to double hold Signal, easing back to normal over 10 days, and the bonus counts fresh money, not money moved from another wall. What bonding (graduation) means ↗
What you can earn
Four things come out of this season, and only one of them is money. Every way each one reaches you is on this list.
- Hold a mainframe: a flat 10 Signal a day for every dollar you hold, counted up to $100, and each extra mainframe you hold at $5 or more raises that ceiling by $10, up to $150.
- Hold more than one: 2 to 5 mainframes move you up the tiers, and each tier adds 5% to your daily hold.
- Get in early: a newly listed mainframe pays up to double hold Signal, easing back to normal over 10 days.
- Play the arcade: 10 Signal for your first scored run of the day, from any one game.
- Play during a liberation sprint: 5 extra Signal on that first run while the sprint is live.
- Join the daily raid: 10 Signal for joining and 20 on a win, as a total for the day.
- Post about the season: 10 Signal for one qualifying post a day.
- Everything that is not holding shares one ceiling of 40 Signal a day, and holding just $5 pays 50 a day by itself.
- 15 Scrap for your first scored run of the day in each game.
- Crates at holding milestones: 200 for your first hold, then 100, 150, 250 and 400 as your holding passes $25, $50, $100 and $150.
- Crates for spreading out: 80, 120, 160 and 250 for your second, third, fourth and fifth mainframe.
- Daily streaks: 60 Scrap at three days, 180 at seven, 450 at fourteen.
- War Bonds: a tier every 100 Signal you earn, paying 50 Scrap at the first tier and rising to 240 at the twentieth.
- Engagement on your daily post: a crate of 30, 60 or 100 Scrap.
- War Effort pushes pay double while they run.
- Every mainframe owns a slice of the $1,000, sized by the raise it needs and held between $75 and $150. The slices add up to the whole pool and nothing sits outside it.
- A mainframe pays its slice to its OWN holders, scaled by how far it got: LIBERATED pays the slice in full, 60 percent of the way pays 60 percent of it, and what it never earned is never paid to anyone.
- Inside a mainframe, its slice divides by the Signal its holders earned on it. Hold $5 or more on at least 3 separate days, an anti-bot check and nothing else.
- The wallet that fires the breach shot takes the Wallbreaker card and a season title, not cash.
- Honors pay no cash. The five finale titles are named at the Aug 31 ceremony.
- Nothing here is guaranteed money. Never spend what you cannot hold.
- The Liberation Star for holding a mainframe that is liberated while you were in it.
- Decals from crates and streaks, worn on your mech for good.
- Brothers in Arms and the other named ribbons, awarded by hand for the season's best work.
The game in one breath
The Warden holds every listed domain in a mainframe. Buy and hold any of them, from $5. Holding earns Signal every day. Every mainframe pays out of the war chest: its full share when it gets LIBERATED, or its peak assault percent if it never falls, split among qualified holders by Signal. Whatever the machine keeps goes to the pilots still holding a mainframe that fell.
How the pool settles
The $1,000 pool is divided into a slice for every mainframe, sized by the raise it needs. At settlement each mainframe pays ITS OWN slice to the pilots who held IT, scaled by how far it got: LIBERATED pays the slice in full, a wall that stalls at 60 percent pays 60 percent of its slice, and what it never earned is never paid to anyone. Inside a mainframe, its slice divides by the Signal its holders earned on it. Hold $5 or more on at least 3 separate days of the season to be in the cash split, which is an anti-bot check and nothing else. Nothing here is guaranteed money. Payouts are shared after season end, and the paid-so-far number on the war board is the honest running total.
Holding earns Signal daily
Hold any featured mainframe from $5 and you earn Signal every day, automatically. The rate is flat: 10 Signal per dollar per day, counted up to $100, plus $10 of ceiling for every extra mainframe you hold at $5 or more, up to $150. Example: $25 held earns 250 Signal a day.
Spreading across mainframes raises your tier, from Lone Pilot to Full Uprising, and a higher tier multiplies the Signal you earn. Your mech and pilot are always your own free choice, never tied to what you hold.
The arcade is the fun on top
Four field exercises pay 10 Signal for your first scored run of the day, and everything that is not holding shares one ceiling of 40 Signal a day. Games are for fun and flex; holding is the main engine. Every run is checked server-side, and forged scores are discarded.
Post about the season
One post a day pays 10 Signal. It has to carry the game, and it has to land where the bot can see it.
- It qualifies when the post carries the game: your run grid, a screenshot or card from one of the games, or your link to launchwars.xyz.
- You need $5 or more held for a post to count.
- Drop the link in the Discord #content-share channel and the bot credits it automatically.
- One post a day counts, worth 10 Signal. Post more if you like, it just does not pay more Signal.
- Engagement pays a Scrap crate of 30, 60 or 100 depending on how it lands, never extra Signal.
The five finale titles
Honors pay no cash this season. These five are named once, at the Aug 31 ceremony, and they are yours for good.
- Gridbreaker: for Signal across the whole season.
- Wallbreaker: for the shot that breaks a wall.
- Founder of the Uprising: for backing mainframes while they were still freshly listed.
- Iron Guard: for holding the line all the way to settlement.
- Raid Marshal: for the daily raid.
Each title's exact definition and its tie-break are published on the war board before the ceremony. Titles are cosmetic, and no title pays cash.
Field manual
Every mainframe on the front is a real internet domain that has been turned into a token on Doma. Owning a piece of the token means owning a piece of the domain's onchain value. That is the ground this war is fought on.
Each mainframe has a funding bar called a bonding curve. When enough buying fills that bar, the domain graduates onchain. We call that moment the liberation, and it is the whole point of the uprising.
FDV is the fully diluted value, the price of one token multiplied by all tokens that will ever exist. Bigger mainframes need a bigger raise to be liberated. That is why the pricey ones unlock a bigger slice of the pool.
Tap any mainframe on the map and buy right there in the app: pick $1, $5 or $25 or type your own amount, approve once, and the token is in your wallet seconds later. You pay in USDC.e on the Doma chain, and holding $5 or more is what puts you in the cash split. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including us.
Every mainframe is worth a slice of the season pool, and it pays that slice to its OWN holders based on how far it got. LIBERATED pays the slice in full, a wall that reaches 60 percent pays 60 percent of it, and what it never earned is never paid to anyone. Your cut of a mainframe's slice is set by the Signal you earned holding it. Nothing here is guaranteed money, so never spend what you cannot hold.
Joining asks for one wallet signature. It is a plain text message: no transaction, no gas, no approvals, and nothing in your wallet can move from it. If any prompt ever asks for more than a signature, close it and report it on the radio.
Signal are just points. More points, bigger share of what the mainframes you hold pay out. Holding a mainframe from $5 earns Signal every single day, and Signal decide how that mainframe's slice divides among the pilots holding it. Selling early stops the drip and weakens the uprising. The Column wins by staying on the field.
